Dosage form.
Oil for intake in dark glass bottles of 100 ml.
Composition.
Cold pressed pumpkin seed oil. It contains essential fatty acids (linoleic acid – not less than 45%), tocopherols (not less than 0,12 mg/ml), flavonoids, carotenoids.
Indications.
General health-improving food supplement which has hypolipidemic and hepatoprotective action. It is used for prophylaxis of the liver, biliary tracts, prostate gland, atherosclerosis diseases, metabolic disorders. It is an additional source of vitamin E and polyunsaturated fatty acids.
Contraindications.
Individual intolerance to the components.

2 teaspoons 2 times daily during a meal.Treatment course - 2 weeks.

Polyparametric analysis of influence of nutrient «Tykveol and K°» on human physiological state.
Influence of «Tykveol and K°» on the human physiological state was investigated. To carry our this research, polyparametric technology and statistical classification mathematical methods were applied. These methods help to objectively prove significant relations between multivariate physiological indices which indicate health state and has effect of conduct therapy. Investigations were carried out in 5 groups of volunteers without expressed nosological forms of health disorders. One group was control, in other groups «Tykveol and К°» has been applied as 30 g ( 2 teaspoons in the morning and in the evening before meal) during 1, 2, 4, 6 weeks. Data acquisition in all groups of patients included: anthropometric information, questionnaire “Life-style”, complaints and self-evaluation of general state before and after application of the remedy, polymarametric examination reports. Functional- diagnostic investigations were carried out according to polyparametric technology. Physical parameters were electrocardiograms (ECG), reovasograms (RVG), electromyograms (EMG), pneumograms (PG) of arterial blood systolic pressure (ABPs) and diastolic pressure (ABPd), body temperature.
Verification of the health state of the respondents was made with the help of outpatient examination with application of an expert system «Myocard - 96» included registration of ECG with clinical analysis.
It is determined that “Tykveol and К°” reliably improves indices of cardiovascular system (according to results of ECG): growth of spike Т of 20% and more than 100% in 75% cases) and vegetative nervous system. |
